What is the easiest and FASTEST wallet to onboard noodles to bitcoin/lightning. Wos is not an option.

i second that motion for phoenix, it's definitely the best mobile LSP noncustodial LN option
well, maybe i shouldn't say too much cos i haven't used it in like 6 months, but it was the best back then, breez was a bit funky at times i had a nasty big fat payment get stuck for a week one time
i basically now mainly use alby and xapo (bitcoin and stablecoin neobank based in gibraltar) as i get paid in sats and live in woop woop northern madeira so i often need cash and some places i can pay by card
Phoenix for a capable and real LN spend only wallet.
Muun is LN adjacent (uses swaps) and is the easiest possible way to access LN but doesn’t work in high fee environments and isn’t actually lightning.
Minibits or eNuts is very fast for custodial lightning. Phoenix is probably the fastest for non custodial. I have never tried Phoenix. Mutiny is also very fast and doesn't require to install an app. Cashu.me also doesn't require to install an app to use lightning.
For me it was Muun Wallet. So easy to use and it was vouched for by Jack Dorsey
