I like the debate, one question I've always had is the following: what percentage, if measurable at all, of health improvements that come from switching to a carnivore diet are actually a result of dropping unhealthy food?

For example, I could be eating Mac and Cheese all day long, then switch to meat only, and claim that I now feel so much better. Wouldn't that be because of dropping the shitty food?

Of course. Removing the Junk is the most powerful intervention most people can do. If everyone removed added sugar, ground up grains and veg. seed oils from their diet it would cause a seismic improvement in human health.
