Failed for sure but I'm not convinced "Democracy" is all that it's cut out to be.
50 +1 gets to impose their will on the 49 who may not be in favour.
We are seeing a 39% minority Gov run roughshod over half the Canadians who not only didn't vote in this democracy, they have tried to express their displeasure, only to be called racists, homophobes and fringe extremists.
If that's democracy... no thank you.
