Holy fuck I just saw something deeply disturbing on the global feed, involving kids.

What the fuck. It may have been real, it may have been AI, it didn't stay on screen long enough to know.

Instablock, of course, but what the fuck.

If that can't be stopped here then this is done as a social network.

How do you even report this sort of thing to the police without subjecting yourself to it?

Clearly the dark side of censorship resistance, there will be awful stuff. Every relay can filter, of course, but it's a substantial burden for the operator

It's a necessary burden, just like the burden on the guys running nostr.build. If relay operators are happy to host links to content like this then I'm out of here.
