There is probably someone somewhere on nostr doing this, but there are no algorithms or good ways to filter the global feed to find them. X isn’t perfect, but it does make easier for users to follow trending topics or major events. Nostr is still evolving, so I’m sure users will find their own unique ways of sharing info.
