Get rid of credit cards and make a budget.
I find you can only save so much, so I focus more on earning. I find this is more feasible and less soul sucking. I think of opportunities to grow my income/ assets etc
Creditcards don’t really exist in the Netherlands. Everything is debit.
Increase friction every time you try to purchase something 
That friction always has been here. The ROI has to be high.
Buy local and in bulk on everyday items. Or/and buy gas and groceries in Germany 🤪
