This note is about using linen thread. I made the conscious choice to only use linen thread from now one because I care about the energetic integrity of my work. I'm really proud of that choice because it's not the convenient choice.

It's the right one. The one that proves my time preference is low enough to be great.

Have you ever considered hemp? Just curious why you didn't go with it

It's not the commonly made thread. In leathercraft it's either linen or polyester. There's most likely some reasons. I would guess linen is stronger or is smoother/more appropriate in a fine good.

Hermès use linen.
