I just realized that "rape" seed oil sounds bad. We should rename that oil that's a messed up collision

Ahh right yea. The other one I still hear sometimes, and I always wonder couldnt the bio guys when they found the Rapeseed, couldn't they call it Romeoseed or something haha

It was used for ww2 plane engines, and they needed a better name after the war, so canola is what they went with 🤷‍♂️

📠 This reminds me of a small town I lived in Saskatchewan. Tisdale’s slogan was

“Land of Rape and Honey”

(There are many rapeseed crops in the area)

Thank goodness the slogan changed.

They rapeseed is not a word you should ever abbreviate for obvious reasons.
