I think I could run it from my SSD, but then it wouldn't be easy to use that as my file backup. If by bios limitations you mean I am not good with tech then, yes, that is the issue 🤣

That copy party thing, when do you use it? You say as a file server does it act as a library?

I think a Nostr relay or blossom server are well out of my current skillset, but I am hoping to get a community server running to help myself and others learn how to do this.

You assume incorrectly about me running a Bitcoin node. I get the impression you're assuming a lot more technical savvy than I currently have 🤣

Coinjoin implementation would be something like Joinmarket, Samourai, Ashigaru, or Wasabi. Used for de-linking your utxo's with your real life identity.

Joinmarket is a text based tool, and uses JAM as a graphical interface which makes it much easier to use.

I also think you may be suffering from the assumption that things are complicated because they sound complicated. Running a node can be as simple as download Bitcoin Knots or Core and run it. And Nostr relay..well, there's Citrine for Android.

Nodes get complicated when you mix a bunch of different services and set up automatic restarting and monitoring, honestly more thanks to the mess that is systemd than anything. But it's all extra. If you run Bitcoind you run a node.
