Didn’t get regular amount of 🛌 last night so adjusting workout 🏋️ intensity.

I’ve found having different levels of intensity, especially in a lower level intensity is very beneficial to keep your consistency but avoid injuries and many come from overuse or under recovered.

absolutely! people tend to underestimate how much sleep and recovery is just as important as working out. have to balance both.
