Ty ser. I own and operate an custom home construction company as a 50/50 partner w my brother. So I am a contractor / semi-skilled labor / project manager / capital allocator all wrapped up into one. Just depends on the day.
Very nice! That’s a lot of different hats. I totally get it. 👍 I manage another persons construction company right now also. We complete roughly 450 projects a year over windows, siding, roofing, and gutters. Nice to meet a fellow builder on #nostr
Nice, respect. I love building and I love managing builds too. This was my first build so of course learned a lot and made some mistakes along the way. But our processes and skill sets are better for it now.
