I want the following set of features, what existing tools can I cobble together to achieve this (some building is acceptable):

- a relay that supports ONE single nostr group chat (that is, users who sign in should not be able to create their own chats)

- the chat is public, anyone can join and post

- a web UI that allows anyone to sign in to the chat

- same web UI should allow creating of a new Nostr keypairs for new users

- the domain that hosts the chat should include a verification service (so that certain members of the chat can't be easily spoofed by display name)

- added bonus: The relay should allow posting regular notes, but only by a whitelisted group. This way, a "news feed" could eventually be added to the web UI

Basically trying to build a simple support chat for a company. Nostr seems like a good platform for this because new user sign up is so trivially easy. The point is just to be able to get in and ask a question on the web, no app download, no complicated account creation, no IRC.
