Unpopular opinion:
Most cooking advice makes meat worse, not better.
Good meat needs:
- fat
- heat
- salt
- time
It does NOT need:
- marinades
- sauces
- herbs
- complicated steps
I'm writing a book built on this idea:
meat, salt, heat, and time are enough.
Would you eat like this?
Or does it sound to extreme?
The perfect one have a nice amount of fat, charcoal or firewood and rock salt involved
