Lol, we did 30,000 steps per day for 4 days and came back 4lbs heavier. I feel betrayed.

How about your eating habits? You are probably having much more calories than you should.

Is 4 croissants a day too bad?

They tend to have high calories, but i don’t think that croissants alone are the reasons to put on some weight. Is that all you are having all day?
