Historically, humans have walked barefoot for thousands of years. Our ancestors ran, hunted, and thrived without the need for supportive footwear. Various cultures still maintain a barefoot lifestyle, and it’s worth noting the minimal foot problems in these populations compared to shoe-wearing societies.

There's a company that makes "barefoot shoes." They're wider apparently and maybe a few other changes as well.

Not quite the same as barefoot, but closer without sacrificing some of the benefits of shoes.

I'll still walk outside barefoot as much a possible.

Dope!! Ima look into it πŸ‘€πŸ«‘

I use them since two years, this company is just amazing. Not going back to normal shoes ever again.

P.s. you should look into soaks with fingers also πŸ˜…

I bought a pair and never looked back

Same here I walk barefoot all the time. People see me as crazy

Vivos are my favorite sneaker by far.

Love that.

I'm thinking I'll end up picking up a pair.

Less structural issues, more fungal/infections though

Those ancestors also walked on natural surfaces. Everything is concrete now. 🫀
