No wont be a rug. It just mean ppl that kyc cant hide anything and HAVE to pay taxes. Thats all.
Non kyc ppl (sats) cant send to an exchange
just use Vexl. no kyc should mean no kyc. bisq is cool and all but I don't want my name appearing in a total stranger's bank account
