If uniqueness = value.
Then, value = novelty. If you've seen or experienced something enough the novelty wears off. So, is value a never ending pursuit if we follow this person's statement?

We are always changing and therefore our perceptions of things change along with us. Iβve been with my wife for 14 years and love her more with everyday. Not because she is new or novel, but because I have changed and have noticed something new about her that I love. I fall in love with her everyday. Itβs the same with everything in my life. I visit the same mountains, rivers, forests and they remain constant, but I change each day. They are a part of me, but I see them in a different way each and every time.
define "something"... its like the other guy said but maybe a there is a better metaphor than a relationship as these thoughts tend to be solitary and male and who invited her . you get what you give - to a mountain , to a stream , to a talmud science'd dream.
