I have read the Murphy and Manheim translations. In my opinion, Manheim's rendition is far clearer (and deeper and even poetic at times) even if more complex and even if saddled down by hostile footnotes. Sometime soon I will try Dalton.

I have read that but I value my own judgement over Martin Kerr's.
Seeing as how Jame Murphy was the official translator of the National Socialist party. Appointed, praised and approved for his work at the time by and for the Nationalist Socialist party itself.
Makes me deem any other translations as fake versions.
I was not annoyed by Daltons translation in itself.
Though the constant explanations ruined it.
