I'm not out to justify anything.

It's just a simple observation that for every action there's a reaction. If a small group of individuals get all the cheese, the collective has ways and means of correcting that disequilibrium.

We Bitcoiners could be soon sitting on hundreds of trillions which is a lot of incentive for people, governments, police, populist politicians, mobs, gangsters, fraudsters, kidnappers to target us.

Just trying to be realistic. Hungry mobs will most likely not be placated by arguments over property rights and greater good ideation.

If collectives are such a concern to you, practicing kindness, charity and generosity to society (and respecting democracy) might be the best form of self defense

I agree. I think the approach needs to be:

Let us iterate on systems that are more free, let us find better (and worse as we experiment) ways, and let us not destroy the best ways that are currently on hand in the process. We can definitely point out the “violence inherent in the system” as a way to wake people up to the fact that they are far from the theoretical optimum, while of course keeping the best-known practical optimum around.

Do you have a problem with perception Parman?

I'm only interested in anticipating what sort of reactions societies will have towards us bitcoiners when we own 25 or 50% of the world's stored value.

I'm not interested in your anti democracy politics because that's your business and because it has no predictive value. So your attempt to implant thoughts in my head for your narcissistic issues is a complete waste of time.

Your bitcoin will never give you peace if you keep creating enemies out of thin air
