Working on a pumpkin grand marnier ricotta cheesecake recipe... Trying to decide if I should add a few more eggs for more of a custardy texture ...Also, need a smaller sprinform pan.

I like them both ways. ny style, cakierer and sour cream topped...

but also with the italian ricotta pie, a little more custardier and topped with pineapple rings.
