Feel that for sure, I just found a system that works for me.

Eggs, Raw Cheese, Beans, Fish, Hemp Seeds, Mushrooms, Potatoes, Bunch of Veggies Etc...

Can respect that. Wife and I eat very clean for sure.. but I’m a see it and eat it kinda guy. Never met a food I didn’t like. Walnuts are a bit sketch sometimes, but still never say no.
