Pardon?

A geezer is generally a cheeky bloke, not usually younger. It actually varies from region to region.

Whoops, well based on my context clues I got it semi right. It still doesn’t really mean anything age related when yall use it correct? I don’t 100% get the word cheeky yet like is there an American equivalent? To me, it’s like having attitude

OK, geezer can mean exactly what you yanks think, an old bloke or old geezer. Let's face it, you probably got it from here in the first place but it is also used a way of telling you that man is a cheeky chapie. He's OK but he will duck and dive, wheel and deal...

Nope. I was watching a UK reality show and never heard it used like that so I came here since I know a few of you

Ok yeah so that dude would not be a “geezer” here. Is it kind of used like “weirdo”?

Well that geezer is a caricature of a geezer, innit

And he sounds like me

You geezers don’t give me simple definitions 😂

Semi is from Ireland, he's not "British" and certainly not "English", presumably as he's from Ireland and not Northern Ireland, as his name would suggest. I do however, appreciate that the word "Geezer" is used in Ireland, be it North or South and might have slightly different connotations. This is not in any way a political message if Semi is reading it, but a cultural one which I'm simply trying to educate nostr:nprofile1qqszd44fgen4ucpl3hjt7muuaazzqdahp3lwu9c07phdweelcdxf3ugpr4mhxue69uhkummnw3ezucnfw33k76twv4ezuum0vd5kzmp0qyg8wumn8ghj7mn0wd68ytnddakj7qg6waehxw309aex2mrp0yhxwet5v9kxy7fwvdhk6tmkxyrm4r76 on🙏🏻.

Semi like semiautomatic not seimi the person 😂

I don’t know if the person was southern or northern. I wanna say he was from London ish. It was a reality show in the uk so a mix from all over the uk and a bunch of new terms for me to learn

One of many forms of the geezer 😂
