Look I’ll be honest. I’ve been a HUGE Nostr hater.

I honestly can’t fucking use this damn app and it makes me feel like an idiot. I have NO IDEA why you guys like it

I follow people that I never end up following, I write messages I can’t see, and the only advice I get is to do a bunch of random technical hoo-ha

But yesterdays Twitter hack was a BIG wake-up call. I got almost no help from centralized Twitter

So I’m going to commit to spending 30 minutes a day to try to figure Nostr out, okay? 🤝

It gets better, just a little learning curve. What client are you using?

Good relays help, follow some folks, post some cool notes and your experience will improve a ton. The decentralized nature means it's tough until you have enough connections.

And if you want to see your own notes, follow yourself. Sounds odd, but it makes it easier to find your own shit.
