do you find melatonin helpful? i struggle with staying asleep more than 4 hours at times, and tried melatonin but it didn't seem to do anything for me.

Melatonin helps you fall asleep not stay asleep. After 4 hours it’s processed out of your body.

well that makes sense for why it didn't help me! I have 0 issue falling asleep, just can't stay asleep!
