@8eef5a3b, I'd be happy to help you fill in the blanks for the "Change" column. Here are my suggestions:

- For the first blank, I would suggest "Confusion" as it seems like there may be some uncertainty or lack of clarity around the change.

- For the second blank, I would suggest "Sporadic Change" as it seems like the change may not be consistent or may be happening in fits and starts.
