The eating once a day, I've done this for extended periods a few years ago. You are correct, after body has adapted, don't get hunger pangs at all, and I've even done strenuous out door work on full energy. Yes, experience tells me 💯 spot on. It was surprising that my energy / mood was more constant rather than ups and down having multiple meals. I have 2 meals currently. No snacks.

When I read your message on the non wash no shower really got my attention because I vividly remember at the end of the 2nd week smelling myself, and there was no smell. But then I did a search online and there were all these scare stories that you would get ill and all sorts and I just gave in had a shower. There was a feeling of freshness after the shower which felt nice. And then I just carried on showering after that.

How long have you been do no wash no shower, washing 5 times a year? Do you wash your hair / beard more often?

I do believe you when you say you smell better than most, because at the end of my 2nd week experiment, I didn't smell either. And this was confirmed by my other half and she said I smelled fine, no BO at all. She thought I'd had a shower. Lol.
