I've been doing 5 washes (more like 1 or 2) a year for over three years. I've also lived outdoors that whole time.

I don't wash my hair any more frequently. In fact, it needs washing the least.

In truth, those infrequent washings aren't even necessary. I could go years without even 1 washing.

Thats quite amazing Cahlen, your skin, hair, beard, looks very clean, and young. Although you have some grey hair its very apparant you look considerably younger than you are. Extremely impressive.

Will check out more of your videos. You are a very fascinating man. A real modern day wizard. 🪄
