I cut out veggies, grains, potatoes, nuts and seeds along with oils about 2 months ago, I'm leaner than I've been in years and feel great. Very high energy levels without the spike and crash like I had from so many starches.

Cutting out carbs will do that.

I still eat tons of fruit though. Fruit/meat/dairy and honey mostly

I tried no carb before and it was the best I’ve felt but I was always starving

That’s the thing. Local beef is very pricey in my area.

Not enough dietary fat.
