Use your body as natural weight.. push-ups, single leg squats, there is plenty of methods. Take a look on instagram, many personal trainers posted good ones.. 🤙
Single-leg squats, damn. Haven’t done pistols in ages 💜🫶
burpees or navy seals are a good start
I used to do loads burpees, but I’ve never heard of “doing navy seals”
they are similar to burpess but focus more on core.
