The idea is to push yourself until you cannot do any more! 🐶🐾🫡

Well I haven’t worked out for months now, so I don’t wan’t to go too hard 🤷‍♂️🤣

Push-ups, and seat-ups! Go soldier, GO, GO, GO!

Give me 20 each!

Take 1M beak after that, increment by 5 and repeat! 🐶🐾🫡 (continue until you can’t move) hydrate, rest, feel good!

Use your body as natural weight.. push-ups, single leg squats, there is plenty of methods. Take a look on instagram, many personal trainers posted good ones.. 🤙

I used to do loads burpees, but I’ve never heard of “doing navy seals”

they are similar to burpess but focus more on core.
