Would this be effective for a kid with seasonal allergies? My middle school aged daughter isn’t going to want to smell like a strong scent, even if it helps her. She often takes Claritin or Zyrtec this time of year.

Certainly helps to breathe through the nose. The scent is not strong enough where someone you’re speaking to can smell it but strong enough to clear the pathways
