jade my favorite of those devices, and ive used them all. but a trezor loaded with bitcoin only firmware about just as good, imo. no need to buy a new one unless you just want to try it out.

I ended up going in this direction for now, you made a solid point. I'll probably pick up a Jade or two in the future as a backup device, and may look into some of the more advanced hardware wallets too. But I wanted to get my sats out of the hands of my Ledger-held seed phrase.... just in case. And hardware delivery times to my house are unfortunately really slow.
