Niiice. I just vacuum packed for my husband meatloaf - it was actually smoked, filled with big oieces of meat and smoked cheese, delicious. I fried it and patted dry to be more on the safe side and vacuumed packed in baking paper (so it's not directly in the plastic bag.) Good snack, big snack. Unlike yours it was also stiff, so it kept the shape well.
For the #campstr folks, you can make a bunch of 2-packs of these in foil and keep them in a cooler. To reheat, throw them in the fire or put them on the lid of your pot while you boil water.
