Never tried meditation

Find a serene spot, sit still, don't speak, close your eyes, and breathe.

Focus solely on your breathing, taking long, deliberate breaths both in & out via the nostrils. As you do this, mentally count each complete breath cycle (one inhale, plus one exhale, equals one cycle). This technique can aid in maintaining concentration and preventing your mind from straying.

During meditation, various thoughts might emerge. Instead of resisting or suppressing them, simply acknowledge their presence and let them pass naturally. Do not dwell on memories or emotions; merely observe them as they come and go.

By consistently practicing this method, you will eventually reach deeper levels of contemplation and self-awareness.
