This was yesterday. If not they still did so yesterday. Not so rare, pools mine back to back all the time

It was about 9 hours ago. Look at the block numbers.

And yes, while pools in general mine back-to-back blocks all the time, it is usually MUCH bigger pools. Not pools the size of OCEAN with less than 1% of total network hashrate.

You can see all the blocks OCEAN has mined previously at https://ocean.xyz/dashboard. They have never previously mined back-to-back blocks.

At this rate a solo miner with a BitAxe might mine back to back.

huh ? a bitaxe will hit a block once about every 30,000 years at current difficulty.

Don't let that stop you from buying one. 😉

😂😂😂😂 throwing numbers away anywhere

People do basic arithmetic and quote a %chance like it's law 🥲🤣

cool man

Don't be so uptight! 🤣

It would take about 6,000,000 Bitaxes to equal just OCEAN's hashrate... It's probably more likely that someone would randomly guess the seed words to your cold-storage wallet than for a single Bitaxe to mine two consecutive blocks.

I guessed three wallets just yesterday to prove your point. Are you saying I'm better than 6 million bitaxes

Sheesh
