To avoid spam in the global feed you can use a paid Relay like the one in the example or others that you can check on the following website:
https://nostr.watch/relays/find
Try filtering to paid relays only
Eden.nostr.land is #[2] s
filter.Nostr.wine by #[2] is also good choice
