the kinds code thing (and nip codes) are poisonous to the creativity of developers, as is the github PR model for submissions
protip:
build a thing, and then tease @fiatjaf for not updating his repo
find other devs who want to build this kind of thing, and collaborate with them to get their client or relay to work with your design
before you know it, 2 or 3 clients and relays are supporting your proposal and the nip guardians are the ones who are out of touch
