My mom has had declining cognitive function for years, and it got a lot worse last year to the point where she was almost nonverbal.

I put her on a protocol of:

Ultrasound stimulation, 5 minutes 3x per day

Red light therapy, 30 minutes 3x per day

Low dose Methylene blue + magnesium and threonine

Light exercise

Improved ambient lighting conditions removing excess blue light

After 3 months she is starting to initiate and hold conversations again, and already seems to be a lot more 'present' than she was at the start of the year. I was skeptical, but the results have been rather profound, especially given that it's only been a few months.

Wow, thank you for sharing.

Amazing, congrats. Long may it continue 🙏

Wow, happy for you 🙏

How did you come up with the treatment? Thanks for sharing.

I heard about the ultrasound protocol last year from Sterling Cooley on twitter. Low power Ultrasound is meant to stimulate microtubules which are theorised to be what facilitates consciousness. Threonine is part of this protocol, and facilities their functioning.

Red light therapy was from people like Jack Kruse, and methylene blue dyes the organs blue which helps with absorption of the red light into the body. Paying closer attention to the 'poisonous' effects of blue light led me down this path.

Doctors have been pretty useless in terms of viable solutions, so I ended up looking for alternatives since they were out of options.

I might suggest Hydrogen (browns gas) therapy

I have looked at that and also what seems promising is xenon gas therapy too. But sourcing has been challenging, and I don't want to pile on too many things at a time.

Great. And good thinking… too many things not good. Plus h2 therapy is more long term process… I got my parents into it as a general thing to do everyday. Great for arthritis, inflammation…

That is wonderful. I hope you see the improvements continue.

Here, the first thing I see most important is her son's attitude

💪🏻😎

Happy you, great job!

We'll see how it looks in another 3 - 6 months. I really wasn't expecting such a dramatic change, it's very cool that this is accessible to people without having to spend a fortune, and it's completely noninvasive.

Thank you for sharing, maybe i can use that in my family too.

mind elaborating on the ultrasound stimulation?

Or maybe scratch that, I could just ask chatgpt instead of bothering you

😀

Sterling puts out good info on this.

that's a very long feed to sim through, yet I understand the US appliances you probably meant are those used for skin and organs, rather than bones, which require a different setup and usually much more expensive appliances, at least to justify buying and using them in your own home

Yup, I got a US-1000 from Tenspros and it cost like $50. Really inexpensive and does exactly what's needed.

A good red light (I got an Ironforge from Chroma) will do deep penetration.

I was once in the market for a red light to keep it on my desk while internetting, then I decided I'd just stay in the sun whenever I could and save the money to buy btc in order to thereafter be able to accidentally lose it

It's the better option where possible, and completely free too.

yet that looks like a very interesting trove of info nonetheless!
