Went for a 30min run this evening. Started running again last week. 4 years ago I was running almost daily, and fast. Going to get fit again!

But I'm trying a new low intensity running this time. Where you adjust your running speed so as not to elevate your heart-rate above a certain level.

There's some formula to calculate the right target rate for you. My colleague told me about it and mine was around 140bpm. I was able to average 145bpm today, going like snails pace. But felt really good after the 30mins.

Once I can maintain 140-145bpm comfortably, I'll try upping my pace slowly, maintaining the same heart-rate.
