Visited this cabin that is for sale, yesterday, that sits on 50 acres. Off-grid. Propane. Generator.

Property sits on a 25 acre lot, included is the adjacent 25 acre parecl. Small HOA of about 20 lots make up the area.

There's also a pond with pavilion/community area.

Access in winter is snowmobile/cat only, unless you wanted to plow the road (approx 6 miles).

I swear it has termites...

I'd say these are relatively accurate, although the turn into the canyon is really on 15 minutes from Coalville, but it's a small town without a "real" grocery store.

No, not really. We bought our dream home 10 years ago, but we're always looking.... too many mansions being built around us now, lol.

50 acres does sounds pretty nice, though.
