Many have asked me in the past why i dont have a conceal carry. Per FL statue it is illegal for the State to maintain records of firearms and/or the owners of thise firearms. However....

The below excerpt is from the states laws concerning CWFLs

(7) The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services shall maintain an automated listing of licenseholders and pertinent information, and such information shall be available online, upon request, at all times to all law enforcement agencies through the Florida Crime Information Center.

If i were a malicious state and wamted to attempt disarming the citizens a liat of conceal carry license holders would be my FIRST stop. Does it meet the law? While this is not a list of firearms owners, technically, I'd be willing to bet that guns could be found at the residences of license holders.

Stay aware and vigilant my friends.

One reason constitutional carry is important

But the way the law is written constitutional carry applies to guns.

Aren't you talking about guns?

Im talking about anything you can arm yourself with. Const carry only applying to guns us used to incentivize ccw licenses that allow concealed nonlethal weapons. Brass knuckles, black jack, baton etc.

Caught carrying them with no license...congrats its a crime.

That depends on the state. I've seen versions nonexclusive to guns, by the way. There isn't just one version. And it's still a great concept regardless.

I agree its a great concept, my issue is some states interpretations
