我们中国发展互联网较晚,西方已经把一些IP地址分配地差不多了,留给我们的不多,而不够用。因此我们积极推IPv6,而西方却不太感兴趣。IP地址不够用,于是因祸得福,我们便开发了动态IP的技术,即你需要联网时,从IP地址池中选一个分配给你用。当不用网时收回IP到池中,以供其它人用。即IP地址是不固定的。因此天然给我们大陆用户多了个IP层的隐私保护。不必太过于担心IP地址泄露。而西方每设备绑定固定的IP,因此才更担心IP泄露。🐇ᥬ[🐕]᭄🌿

另外ipv6的利用率接近没有,全世界绝大部分人都是Ipv4模式,没什么差别
