Probably not, but I’m sure there will be a ton of brokers willing to exchange the ETF shares for actual bitcoin sent to your wallet and vice versa.
ETFs are constantly buying and selling their assets from their brokers so that your share accurately represents what the underlying assets are worth, minus the operating expense.
The only reason to own the imitation bitcoin would be ease of trading it for other exchange traded assets, just like GLD.
