Matter is collapsing and at some point we can’t see what’s happening because of the event horizon. We don’t really know what’s happening inside. This theory says that at some point it starts expanding again but it still cannot escape event horizon so it kinda pops into another space creating a new universe
Some Galaxy far, far away poops out matter so fast, it creates a 24 millions light-years long jet.
So eventually everything is pooped out in extremely drastic ways

You actually wouldn’t die if the black hole is supermassive. The tidal forces there is minuscule and you wouldn’t event feel anything while crossing the horizon
Yes, it could be a possibility… if it is super massive it is likely that the Hawking radiation would be lower and would not cause you to die and you would be able to see
As far as I know, there's a possibility of sending some AI inside the black hole to somehow communicate with us from it. Such a scenario is shown in Interstellar, where they wanted to send a robot inside a black hole. Of course, Interstellar was not without the author's fantasies, but it's kind of possible.

DUDE I FUCKING CAME UP WITH THIS EXACT IDEA A COUPLE YEARS AGO!! I figured holograms of entropy on a black hole could encode or initiate the energy and particulars of a universe with higher dimensions that exist orthogonal to the hologram or that are encoded in some theoretically measurable (significant to this universe) facet of the black hole.
