Heaven help me, I have a friend who I tried to onboard to bitcoin several years back who called it a Ponzi scheme then and still thinks it’s one.
He sent a picture of SBF and said, “No thanks, I’m not a sucker.”
I wrote back, “Yes, everything else in crypto IS a scam. You think Ponzi schemes are something new? Let me introduce you to a guy named Ponzi from 100 years ago.”
I’m probably wasting my time, aren’t I?
Yes it is extremely hard to convert people on belief.
Lead by example and if they follow, then so be it.
