Day 3 on the carnivore diet- slept poorly and woke up quite tired. Found out I’m technically not doing it fully by drinking coffee but I don’t care, I am not giving up coffee, or nicotine for that matter.

Good coffee yes, part of my routine before I sit down to edit or work. Haven’t taken a legit break from coffee in years
