I'm not a Damus users, so I can't be of much help here. However if it's a large video, such as one that's in 4K, it may be too large to upload directly. You may need to get a nostr.build account or visit that website and upload the video manually and then copy the link and paste it into Damus.

Double check which site you are uploading to in settings for damus too

What do you mean which “site”? I don’t see site as an option in settings. But it’s 137MB so def bigger than 4, it’s a yoga demo I thought I’d put out there ☺️ if I can with this out. When I work it out 😅

Maybe you already got this answer elsewhere, but the Damus app doesn’t store files for people. Instead it connects you to a service that does. The service you’re using probably has a free tier that you’re exceeding by trying to do such a large file. You can purchase additional storage to up your limit!

Also, you don’t have to use the damus file uploader, if you have a url link to the video you can just share that link and damus and other apps will show that like any other video
