Q. will the #Mediterranean's water heat up quicker than bigger seas/oceans as like a small(er) pot on the stove there is less water to heat for a given #energy source?

If so, will the #climatecrisis around the Med get (even) worse quicker than elsewhere?

I ask in a general spirit of curiosity not because I have an answer ready to hand....
