When opensats learned that nostr:npub1tv8gmfhalwnxxquxjzeh6gtdsdz6vg7vx0s3rt7s7uuw6aujh32qn77wn2 had obtained a grant through the HRF, it is my understanding that any pending SeedSigner-related applications were formally declined, and he was encouraged to re-apply after the HRF grant was concluded.
Does this make any sense? I don't get it.
