Primal is the best option right now from what I can tell.
Although I have heard nostr:npub1h8nk2346qezka5cpm8jjh3yl5j88pf4ly2ptu7s6uu55wcfqy0wq36rpev talk favorably about nostr:npub1ajlrwgfj4yerhqf7ady03h7wmtk2qr3gs7h3sxcx83k05yld36sswpzx3q and I’ve also heard him talk about how he’s next-leveled his self-hosted setup recently. Would be curious to learn more about that if he can share.
