No I am currently still high teens, so I most likely will have 1 more working week, then a De-load on my family holiday to manage fatigue, then be straight back into another 6-8 week program. I have been going for 6 weeks now, but was a soft boy before I started.

Nice. I did similar programming when I was overweight in my 30s and didn't really have issues with the significant caloric deficit as long as my electrolytes were on point.

Good luck on finishing up.
